MATT GIBBONS APPOINTED LEAD SENIOR TECHNICIAN AT PCEC

Audiovisual service provider AVPartners has appointed Matt Gibbons as Lead Senior Technician at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC).
The role will see Mr Gibbons lead the team of audiovisual technicians at PCEC and provide support to the Technical Director, Operations Manager and Technical Event Managers to ensure the delivery of seamless and successful events.
Mr Gibbons is a qualified rigger and a highly sought after Lighting Director with over 16 years of experience in this industry. Having commenced his career straight from high school as an AV Technician, he is highly skilled in all aspects of the events industry with an excellent knowledge of audiovisual techniques.
Commenting on his new role, Mr Gibbons said, “The AVPartners team at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre are a hardworking and creative group; I’m excited to join them and continue to deliver many more innovative and successful events.”
