OVERVIEW
The primary focus of this role will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by ensuring all repairs are fixed and delivered on time and within a safe and efficient manner.
You will diagnose errors and technical problems with stock and determine proper solutions. As well as this you will record and maintain support tickets in the CRM system with detailed file notes that can be easily picked up and understood by others.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things AV and has experience working on amplifiers. You will also have:
- Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated equivalent
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Basic IT Networking Skills
- Knowledge of both digital and analogue electronics to a component level
- The ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills
- This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion and enthusiasm electronics, technology and for growing their knowledge.
