The Role

ELB Electroboard  is seeking experienced and motivated team members to help drive market growth and be a part of the future expansion of an already well established business. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with demonstrable experience in strategic selling to key accounts. This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our Audio-Visual and collaboration solutions to Government, Health, Education and Corporate clientele. The successful applicant will be expected to work primarily on the road and from our headquarters in Abbotsford.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, revisiting past clients from our extensive database, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our audio-visual solutions and collaborative spaces.
4. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
9. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
10. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security, telco or technology industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
