Project Manager – Digital Signage

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Project Manager who can lead complex installations from end to end and deliver excellence, no matter the scale.

This role demands more than just coordination—it requires ownership, precision, and the ability to thrive in technical, fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full project delivery from planning to handover, including national rollouts.
  • Where required, be onsite for major installations, overseeing execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage smaller jobs remotely with the assistance of our contractor network.
  • Manage procurement of all equipment and ensure fast turnaround times, best prices and strong partner relationships
  • Review, interpret, and execute from detailed site plans, technical documents, and drawings.
  • Build strong relationships with shopfitters, builders, architects, and third parties.
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain and grow our national contractor network across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Conduct half-yearly catchups with key contractors to ensure ongoing engagement and performance.
  • Obsess over customer satisfaction—every project, no matter the size, is mission critical.
  • Work within budget, think on your feet, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, adhere to budgets, create and manage stakeholder communication plans, and ensure OHS requirements are followed
  • Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilisation.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in managing technical or AV-related projects, ideally valued at $500K–$1M+.
  • Comfortable working with digital signage, networking, and AV technologies.
  • Meticulous with detail, documentation, and end-to-end planning.
  • Strong communicator who keeps internal teams, clients, and third parties aligned.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects while staying calm under pressure.
  • Respectful and assertive when working alongside third parties on-site.
  • Methodical, organised, and structured in your project management approach.
  • Passionate about delivering great outcomes and exceeding client expectations.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in AV, digital signage, or a similar tech-driven industry.
  • Proven success managing high-value projects and multi-site national rollouts.
  • Ability to read and work from detailed shop drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  • Experience engaging with external trades, architects, consultants, and construction teams.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies and tools to manage and track progress.
  • Highly responsive, customer-focused, and driven to deliver with excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
