We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic and well-organised person to join our team in QUEENSLAND as Business Development Manager, who will contribute to the growth and development of The Ci Group by leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for our company.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for various sales related duties including but not limited to:

  • Work with the QLD team to deliver consistent and outstanding customer service, leading to customer retention and business growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Provide a high-level of customer service and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Achieve Sales Target, Revenue and Gross Profit budgets.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar sales role. (Experience in the technology industry is preferred)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and sales driven.
  • Target and KPI focused with an excellent track record in achieving targets.
  • A positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile, an outstanding work ethic and have a strong passion to grow within the business.
