As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of rental projects while working closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams. Experience the fascination of high-profile productions and contribute to seamless project execution in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
- You manage incoming rental requests via email and telephone and ensure timely and professional responses.
- You coordinate top-up hire projects in close collaboration with the sales team to support customer needs.
- You create and manage smaller-scale projects within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data and smooth execution.
- You support operational planning, including crewing and logistics coordination for rental projects.
- You assist with administrative processes in the rental ERP, including equipment availability, project documentation, and billing.
- You help oversee departmental assets and contribute to efficient resource management.
THAT’S YOU
- Strong client-facing attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience or familiarity with rental-specific ERP systems (Protonic Easyjob desirable)
- Knowledge of the live events and/or broadcast industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in event rental operations, logistics, or project management desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
