ATLONA ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW PRODUCTS
SIX-INPUT SWITCHER
Atlona has introduced the AT-UHD-CLSO-612LED advanced six-input switcher with built-in 4K scaling, mirrored HDBaseT and HDMI outputs and AV signal extension up to 100m. The new switcher can act as a central component for a fully automated boardroom or classroom AV system and features advanced display control and automatic input selection. The UHD-CLSO-612LED is equipped with two HDBaseT inputs, two HDMI inputs, two multi-function analogue inputs, and an audio input to give integrators the ability to accommodate a wide range of AV needs. The microphone input can provide 48V phantom power and includes ducking capability. Other key features include an on-screen menu selectable with four language options, and routing of RS-232 and IR control signals to other components connected in the system.
4K SWITCHER
Expanding its SW-5 Series of five-input 4K switchers, the company announced the AT-UHD-SW-5000ED. The new model includes two HDBaseT inputs and mirrored HDMI/HDBaseT outputs offering plenty of flexibility for boardroom, classroom, and other AV presentation systems. The SW-5000ED supports 4K/UHD@60 Hz, 4:2:0 video (10.2 Gbps) and transmits AV signals along with Ethernet, PoE, and control over a single cable to displays up to 100m from the switcher. Built-in control options include auto-switching, front-panel buttons, and compatibility with IR, RS-232, or TCP/IP-based control systems. The switcher also offers three HDMI inputs and audio de-embedding of digital audio from HDMI to two-channel, balanced analogue audio.
DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIERS
Three new distribution amplifiers join Atlona’s offerings, including the company’s first to feature HDMI-to-HDBaseT distribution of 4K/UHD @ 60Hz/4:2:0 video, HDCP 2.2 support, PoE, EDID management and advanced display control features for use with home TVs. The new lineup consists of the eight-output AT-UHD-CAT-8, the four-output AT-UHD-CAT-4, and the four output AT-UHD-CAT-4ED which has extended distance outputs for 100m and Ethernet-enabled HDBaseT transmission. All three are equipped with one IR and RS-232 connection for the amp and one for each channel.
TWO-PIECE COLLABORATION SOLUTION
Strengthening its standing in the collaboration market, Atlona introduces the first HDBaseT-equipped collaboration system providing 4K AV switching, USB and HDMI extension. The two-piece AT-UHD-HDVS-300-KIT system enables a single category cable connection between a conferencing hub and a 4K display with USB camera. The AT-UHD-HDVS-300-TX serves as the conferencing hub, video switch, and HDBaseT transmitter, and the AT-UHD-HDVS-300-RX decodes the HDBaseT signal and delivers an HDMI signal to the display. The RX unit supports AV, Ethernet and control signals, and is equipped with USB and HDMI inputs for carrying video back to the hub.
