About the Role
Sightline Productions is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Workforce & Business Support Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing administration and HR functions, supporting project managers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Crew & HR Management – Oversee onboarding, manage crew timesheets, and maintain employee procedures.
- Crew Compliance & Training – Ensure crew have the necessary certifications (e.g., White Card, Working at Heights, EWP)
- Event Documentation & Compliance – Ensure WHS paperwork, risk assessments, and insurance requirements are met.
- Finance & Accounts Support – Assist with invoicing and basic accounts administration.
- Business Administration – Provide support to directors on administrative matters.
- Travel Coordination – Arrange and manage crew travel bookings if required.
- Event Admin Support – Work closely with project managers to handle event administrative tasks.
- Social Media Management –Assist with managing and updating social media.

About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
