We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who’s ready to help us grow. If you’ve got a strong network in construction and/or corporate and a knack for uncovering opportunities and closing deals, this could be the perfect next move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and nurturing relationships across the corporate and construction sectors
• Using your industry connections to open doors and win new work
• Leading proposals, tender responses, and client presentations
• Collaborating with our delivery team to bring projects to life
• Being a visible presence in the market — site visits, events, and beyond

What we’re looking for:

• Proven business development or solution sales experience
• Strong existing network in construction, commercial fit-outs, or corporate tech
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bonus if you’ve sold AV, IT, or related tech solutions
• Sydney-based with flexibility to travel when needed
