The Role
We are currently seeking an Audio Visual Service Technician to join our expanding Audio Visual team in Queensland.
In this role you will be responsible for the completion of daily activities relating to service, maintenance, Deployment, Testing and Commissioning of Audio Visual hardware.
Reporting to the Service Division Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of complex AV systems
- Completion service report and all require documentation.
- Performing Preventative Maintenance visits.
- Microsoft Teams Room Setup and fault finding
Skills and Experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to use initiative to solve issues independently.
- Understanding of all major AV hardware including, Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Biamp, QSys, Neat
This position will suit an experienced AV Service Technician looking to further their career in this field.
