AV Sales Specialist – Leading Solutions (6-Month Contract)
Location: New Zealand (flexible / hybrid)
Leading Solutions NZ Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced AV Sales Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract.
This role focuses on selling Qbic Technology devices across New Zealand and Australia. We’ve seen strong recent growth in this area and are looking for someone who can build on that momentum.
About the Role:
- Focus on Qbic Technology solutions, including Commercial & Corporate AV applications (meeting room booking systems, room management, desk booking, smart building) and commercial control panels and digital signage.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to existing and potential clients.
- Deliver sales with a helpful, solution-focused approach – our priority is providing successful, lasting outcomes for customers rather than just pushing sales.
- Meet sales revenue and activity KPIs related to the Qbic range while leveraging our full portfolio of products to enhance solutions and create broader opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Pro AV, commercial technology, or smart building solutions.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on helping customers succeed.
- Willingness and capability to manage sales across both New Zealand and Australia.

- This is a contract role, suited to someone comfortable managing their own local travel, vehicle, and meal expenses. Leading Solutions will contribute to reasonable costs for approved overseas travel, such as attending trade shows or visiting customers in Australia.
- In addition to the base contract rate, a performance bonus will be available based on Qbic sales results and key milestones achieved during the contract term. Details will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
