Integrated Systems Events, the company that produces the ISE exhibition, has entered into a joint venture with Invidis Consulting, taking a majority share of Invidis’ annual Digital Signage Conference in Germany. The partnership is expected to add an international focus for the event and drive expansion to other markets.

“Invidis Consulting is recognised as a leading expert in the provision of content and analysis of the digital signage marketplace while ISE excels at AV event management,” says ISE managing director Mike Blackman.

“There will be many synergies and growth opportunities to come from this move and it further demonstrates ISE’s ambition to be at the forefront of providing market intelligence and thought leadership in the sectors in which it operates.”

Invidis, a research and communications business specialising in digital signage and digital-out-of-home technology, launched the conference in 2007 in co-operation with trade association OVAB Europe. The consultancy has become a regular ISE partner in recent years, running digital signage programmes and installation tours around the exhibition.

This year’s conference takes place this year on September 14 to 15 at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Munich, and plans have been announced to expand the event to the Middle East and Russia.

“Joining with ISE to build on our current position and to develop the conference brand internationally represents the perfect partnership,” says Invidis Consulting managing director Florian Rotberg.
