Midwich Acquire of Vantage Systems

Midwich, specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, announces it has signed an agreement to acquire the trade and assets associated with the services business of Vantage Systems Pty Ltd, an Australian-based, Unified Communications managed services business. 

Headquartered in Melbourne, Vantage provides managed services that support customers to maximise the utilisation of their UC systems. After the successful acquisition of Starin Marketing, the transaction further strengthens the Group’s commitment to the UC market.

The business will report into Michael Broadbent, Managing Director of the Midwich Group Australian organisation Midwich Australia. Previous shareholder, Mark Buckley (Managing Director) will remain with the business and will help lead the growth of the Group’s UC offering across the APAC region.
