We are looking for an audio visual site leading hand to join our projects delivery team. You will be the second-in-charge on our large long-term corporate projects, a hands-on installer combined with someone who can take charge of various aspects of the project. You will lead small teams to achieve successful outcomes and overcome site challenges on a daily basis. You will be a motivated self-starter who is used to working to a project timeline.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3+ years demonstrated experience in the Audio-Visual, electrical or data-cabling industries
• Be comfortable leading a team
• Like the variety of different work sites
• Show perseverance by seeing projects through to a successful conclusion
• Have a great work ethic and a can-do attitude.

There will be the opportunity to travel to sites outside the Sydney metro area.
