The Opportunity

$Base + Car Allowance + Super

A rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing successful organisation. Project Manage commercial integrated systems incorporating the latest in audio visual technologies. Projects include AV systems in corporate office spaces incorporating Zoom and MS Teams conferencing. As a project manager you will have responsibility for delivering integration projects valued up to $250K. Enjoy a varied workload, including meeting project deadlines, stakeholder management, logistics (ordering kit and ensuring site access) and financial management (working with sales to budget and track costs). You will liaise with the design team as well as the site based installation team and ensure that all project team members have what they need to deliver an outstanding solution for the client.

Skills Required

A strong understanding of integrated AV systems is essential to succeed in this role, ideally with strong knowledge of the delivery of IP based AV systems and associated ICT infrastructure. Experience managing projects involving a wide range of AV technologies in commercial environments is essential; a background in hands-on AV installation work would also be beneficial. Must have a proven track record in managing project stakeholders, managing project timelines and project budgets. Project Management qualifications as well as AVIXA CTS certification will be highly regarded.

This role is also a key part of the team across the project lifecycle and as such requires an excellent communicator who can work with sales professionals, project delivery professionals including project managers and site technicians. You will also need to liaise with clients and be capable of building and developing strong relationships with project stakeholders, helping the team meet the client’s needs and budget, and ensure that the customer utilises the organisation’s managed service offerings and returns to you for their next project.
