We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audio-Visual professional to join our Hospitality Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients, Ernst & Young (EY). This role is more than just the basics and requires someone with large amounts of energy, drive and commitment. We are looking for team players who are not afraid of significant operational change, who are highly motivated and are looking to deliver best in class integrated hospitality solutions.

About you – your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience
- You are a technical maestro with a minimum of 2 years experience but also know how to create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make a positive impact
- You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it’s part of your DNA
- You have proven experience in the roll out of new technology and have worked with both AMX and Creston equipment, Microsoft Teams including Teams rooms & Video conferencing – you’re inquisitive, you enjoy supporting new initiatives and you’re happy to share your knowledge and work not only in a service and support environment, but be part of teams responsible for upgrade and rollout projects
- You have experience maintaining & working with vendors to support AV systems
- You’re flexible, deal easily with an ever-changing scope of work and cope well under pressure – you’ve got a proven record of involvement within a diverse range of operations most importantly in the running of meetings and events and never loose your cool
- You’ve got a passion for service delivery – you can solve technical issues at the same time as creating great client experiences
