AV Integration Project Manager — Mulloway Recruitment

Project Manage audio visual systems installation in schools, government departments and new-build offices. As a project manager you will have full responsibility for delivering installation jobs ranging in value from small works to $500K+. Enjoy a varied workload, including meeting project deadlines, installation team management, stakeholder management and financial management. You will liaise with the sales and design teams as well as the site based installation team, and ensure that all project team members have what they need to deliver an outstanding solution for the client. As the business continues to grow and develop you will be involved in creating and improving the project management processes and methodology with a view to improving efficiencies and client outcomes, whilst continuing to provide a first class working environment for the project delivery team. 

Skills Required
A strong understanding of integrated AV systems is essential to succeed in this role. Experience managing projects involving a wide range of AV technologies in commercial environments would be ideal. A background in hands-on AV installation work and site management would also be beneficial. Must have a proven track record in managing project stakeholders (such as senior execs, government personnel, consultants, builders), managing project timelines, and project budgets. Project Management qualifications as well as AVIXA CTS certification will be highly regarded but not essential.
