Videopro is looking to employ a highly motivated individual to join our passionate Project Management Office. Reporting to the Project Services Manager, your primary focus is to ensure critical projects are delivered against agreed business criteria by managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and technical deliveries. You’ll be a self-starter, comfortable communicating with our internal and external teams from Sales, Engineering, Programming & Commissioning, Installation, Administration, Customers & Industry tradespeople.

- Understanding of ICT project delivery

Position Description:
- Coordinate and manage the provision of Audio-Visual Systems for our customers using our Project Management Methodology
- Ensure Quality, Cost and Timelines of all project elements
- Manage project P&Ls and budgets, including maintaining resource timesheets and tracking billable hours and consumables for a project
- Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones and customer expectations are met throughout project delivery
- Project Plan creation and management
- On and off-site scheduling with support teams
- Stock control & coordination with support teams
- Creation of non-standard and standardised project documentation to support each phase through the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience:
- A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build rapport through integrity and trust
- The ability to identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations – delight and wow customers
- A creative approach to problem-solving and sound technical knowledge of AV solutions
- Effective communication & negotiation skills at all levels, technical through to C level
- Commercial and business acumen
Key Duties Include:
- Manage resources and coordinate Videopro support teams & Subcontractors to deliver within agreed timescales
- Schedule project procurement and ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept up to date
- Manage customer projects (where applicable) and oversee implementations for on-time delivery
