  • Building a symphony of partnerships: Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with music instrument dealers, pro audio retailers, and AV resellers. You’ll be their go-to expert for brands like JBL, AKG, Soundcraft, DBX, Lexicon, and Crown.
  • Amplifying brand presence: Be the face and voice of our globally recognized brands, ensuring they are actively represented, supported, and sold throughout your assigned territory.
  • Driving the beat of sales: Achieve revenue targets by empowering channel partners to confidently promote and recommend our products, leading to increased sell-through and brand loyalty.
  • Being a product superstar: Showcase your technical confidence and translate complex product features into irresistible customer benefits, making every pitch a performance.
  • Taking the show on the road: Participate in trade shows, training days, product launches, and cross-territory events, helping build national brand momentum and dealer engagement.

Your Superpowers to Unleash

  • Sales virtuoso: Bring 2+ years of external sales, account management, or dealer support experience, ideally within MI, AV, Pro Audio, or consumer electronics – you know the rhythm of the market.
  • Relationship rockstar: Proven ability to meet sales targets through building genuine relationships and adopting a customer-centric approach – you truly connect.
  • Gear guru: Strong product knowledge of portable PA systems, microphones, mixers, headphones, and signal processing gear – you speak the language of sound.
  • Communication chameleon: Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical aficionados and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to explore: A valid driver’s licence and a passion for regular travel throughout your assigned region (NSW/ACT) – your office is where the action is!
  • Audio adventurer: A background or strong interest in music, audio production, or performance – this isn’t just a job; it’s your passion.
