Reporting to the Director of Sales this position will manage key customer relationships within the Southern Region, with a focus on higher education.

What about the role:

  • In consultation with the DoS, set a strategy for each of the customers in portfolio each year
  • Implement agreed sales strategy, via strong relationship management with all customer stakeholders
  • Manage all of Citadel Tech’s internal resources in order to meet customer requirements
  • Grow existing clients through strong stakeholder management and seek additional opportunities through existing clients and/or new clients.
  • Co-ordinate all internal subject matter experts to ensure client expectations are met
  • Be the escalation point for any unresolved issues regarding customers in your portfolio
  • Provide all reports required by management for understanding pipeline activity and forecasting
  • Keep up to date on all administration requirements as part of role at Citadel Tech

What experience do I need:

  • 5 years’ experience in account management within technology sector
