Are you a natural organiser who thrives on keeping projects and people on track? We’re hiring a Resource Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of our AV projects at Videopro.
In this full-time Brisbane-based role, you’ll be the key link between Project Managers, Technicians, Warehouse and Logistics. Your work will ensure the right people and the right gear are in the right place – at the right time.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the project lifecycle. It’s also a genuine launchpad into future opportunities in Project Coordination or Management.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and allocate technicians to projects
- Coordinate equipment staging, rack room flow, and resource readiness
- Book travel, accommodation, access and logistics for field teams
- Liaise with PMs and techs to keep timelines and quality on track
- Track resource efficiency and contribute to process improvements
Who You Are:
- A confident communicator who brings order to chaos
- Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure
- Experienced in coordination, AV, or construction (or eager to learn fast)
- Looking to build a long-term career in project delivery
