Cisco introduces its new Spark Board — a whiteboard like you’ve never seen before. Its European unveiling took place at ISE 2017 in Amsterdam.
Spark Board lets you wirelessly present, white board, and video or audio conference — everything you need for team collaboration at the touch of a finger. The Cisco Spark app can be connected to your virtual teams outside the physical room through the devices of your choice.
Spark Board incorporates a number of interactive white board features built in. It has a 55-inch capacitive touch screen to facilitate remote participation and sharing. All files are encrypted for security and saved to the cloud, enabling subsequent access from anywhere. A 12-microphone array with VoiceTrak technology automatically amplifies and modulates speaker voices. The built-in camera has 4K resolution and a a ±89° viewing angle with dynamic framing.
The Cisco Spark is delivered entirely from the Cisco Collaboration Cloud and the company says each activity has been designed to help ensure the user’s and administrator’s experience is kept relatively simply. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
