Cloud CXA Range Expanded

Cloud Electronics has expanded the CXA range with two powerful new 1000 W Class-D amplifiers, designed to deliver flexible, high-performance audio for commercial, residential and entertainment applications. Supporting both Lo-Z (4–16Ω) and Hi-Z (70V/100V) operation, the CXA4250 and CXA4250D offer flexible output configuration and automatic power sharing across output pairs, making them ideal for a wide range of audio installations.

Built-in DSP and network control make system setup and configuration simple through the CXA Control web app. The CXA4250D adds 4×4 Dante® Audio over IP, providing seamless digital audio distribution and routing over standard network infrastructure.

CXA4250 power amplifiers have been designed to provide configurable, consistent and reliable high-performance audio power amplification for residential, commercial and entertainment applications.

The CXA4250 amplifier is full rack width, 1U format power amplifier that can drive both conventional low impedance (Lo-Z, 4Ω to 16Ω) loudspeakers and high impedance (Hi-Z, 70V/100V) transformer coupled loudspeakers.

They provide four analogue inputs, one stereo S/PDIF digital input, and either eight outputs (Lo-Z mode), or four outputs (Hi-Z).
