Extron Introduces Industry-Leading Fibre Systems for 4K Video, Audio, Control, & USB

Extron announces the FOX3 Series, the latest high-performance family of fibre optic extenders and matrix switchers for end-to-end distribution of 4K video, audio, control, USB, and 3D sync. This enterprise fibre platform supports HDMI 2.0 data rates up to 18 Gbps and is HDCP 2.2 compliant for the secure transmission of uncompressed 4K/60 4:4:4 video over two fibres or mathematically lossless video over one fibre.
FOX3 extenders feature built-in USB for KVM applications while Extron-exclusive Vector 4K scaling technology ensures best-in-class image quality. Delivering exceptional reliability and advanced capabilities such as audio breakaway, audio embedding/de-embedding, DMP and Dante integration, the FOX3 Series meets the demands of any mission-critical environment.
