EXTRON ROOM AGENT V1.2 FOR TOUCHLINK PRO

Extron announces the immediate availability of Room Agent version 1.2. The software turns TouchLink Pro touchpanels into booking appliances that conveniently display a room’s meeting information and availability. The use of Room Agent means the touchpanels don’t require any programming as they simply become a client of Microsoft Exchange.
In addition, the latest version of Room Agent software enables integration with Office 365 for more scheduling convenience. To book a room, all you need to do is tap the ‘Reserve’ button. The customisable touchpanel interface also provides at-a-glance room availability and a timeline view of the room’s status for the rest of the day. Bright LEDs within the bezel help show room availability status at a distance.
