JBL CONTRACTOR SERIES LINEUP EXPANDS WITH NEW-AND-IMPROVED MODELS

More speakers are coming from JBL’s direction, not long after the release of the VTX M Series stage monitors were released. The company has introduced three new Control commercial loudspeakers — Control 23-1, Control 25-1 and Control 28-1. The update brings with it new features, styling and competitive pricing. JBL also says the new speakers have a flatter and wider frequency response and improved coverage for on- and off-axis sound and a higher maximum SPL.
New outdoor features include a redesigned grill with improved plating and finish and screw-down input terminals. The InvisiBall brackets come as standard, and the addition of U-brackets are an optional add-on. Other optional accessories include a WeatherMax aluminium grill with a toughened finish, and the MTC-PC3 watertight panel covers for wire side-exits in tight-to-wall applications.
