AV-over-IP system from Lightware gets a firmware update, allowing users to work with high bit rate multi-channel audio formats

Lightware announces that, following the completion of developments around the UBEX 10G AV-over-IP system, a new firmware version is now available, including a range of improvements and enhancements.
The most notable of these allows users to take advantage of high bit rate audio formats, such as Dolby TrueHD, Dolby ATMOS and DTS-HD Master Audio.
UBEX devices can be updated using the Lightware Device Updater 2 application.
