Panasonic’s new PT-RZ120 laser projector packs 12,000 lumens of brightness into a compact body, with WUXGA resolution and a contrast ratio of 10,000:1.

It combines 1-chip DLP imaging with proprietary Solid Shine laser technology for accurate and immersive pictures. Detail Clarity Processor 3 clarifies and enhances the finest details while System Daylight View 3 optimises images to be sharp and vivid in bright environments. The dual-drive laser optical engine with dual phosphor wheels assures reliable 24/7 operation with light-source failover protection. Panasonic states the PT-RZ120 will give up to 20,000 hours of continuous maintenance-free operation. High-speed backup input switching prevents screen blanking during projection.

Interoperability with optional lenses from Panasonic’s 1-chip DLP projector family gives added flexibility. Its compact size allows for free 360° installation, both vertical and horizontal. Digital Link/HDMI support permits transmission of uncompressed 4K signal and built-in Geometric Adjustment helps projecting onto specially shaped screens.
