SiliconCore is launching Enlighten, its first COB (Chip-On-Board) display series at ISE 2025. This latest breakthrough in LED display technology is designed to deliver the lowest power, highest performance and an optically superior display compared to other COB solutions. The new Enlighten series represents the culmination of years of design development, perfecting the COB manufacturing process to deliver displays that offer a more sustainable solution with high image quality, enhanced durability and better design efficiency. SiliconCore’s technological approach integrates LED crystals directly onto the circuit board, resulting in improved heat dissipation, thinner design and stronger protection against environmental damage.

In a market where efficiency and performance often require trade-offs, SiliconCore’s new Enlighten COB displays deliver a superior solution. By leveraging its next generation Common Cathode-IQ technology, a patented innovation that better manages the power to each LED, these new displays consume 10-40% less power than comparable COB products and in some cases half the power of SMD.

The low-level brightness characteristics of this new driver chip are made possible by SiliconCore’s patented ZACH technology, providing better image detail in the shadows. At levels as low as .05 nits and brightness up to 1200 nits, the high dynamic range of the Enlighten series promises to deliver crystal-clear visuals with richer colors and deeper blacks to maintain the best image quality in the industry.

Only SiliconCore, with its patented technologies can offer COB product that drastically reduces operational costs, with improved performance levels for even longer lasting product, providing greater sustainability and protecting the end user’s return on investment.

Set to debut at ISE 2025, the first products in this series are the Enlighten 1.2mm and 0.9mm COB dvLED Display solutions, with a Mobile AIO 135” HD set to launch early in Q2.

Eric Li, CEO of SiliconCore explains, “Our new Enlighten display series promises to lead the way in the changing landscape of high-resolution displays. We’re not just improving dvLED displays, we’re lowering the power even more, without sacrificing performance, making our technology more accessible to a broader market in need of greater efficiencies.”

SiliconCore remains the only dvLED manufacturer that designs its own driver chips, allowing for unparalleled control over the entire video signal path. From chip design to final display, this end-to-end design approach is how it remains on the cutting edge of technology.

Visit SiliconCore at ISE 2025 on Booth 5A190 to be amongst the first to experience these innovative displays.
