In 2022 two exciting new products have emerged from Quest Engineering aimed at the commercial audio space. Among these new releases is the agile QX-300A commercial amplifier, and the MX4C high-fidelity ceiling monitor, both of which are available now for immediate shipping. 

QX-300A
Based around a custom diecast housing with integrated hybrid thermal dissipation technology, the new QX-300A series amplifier is a robust 2x 150W power amplifier. Featuring superior UMAC Class-D amplifier technology in an ultra-compact form factor, the QX-300A delivers unparalleled audiophile-grade specifications for its weight and size.

Perfectly suited to Pro Audio, AV, and Hi-Fi applications, the QX-300A features the highest dynamic range and lowest distortion performance of any comparable pro audio amplifier on the market. The QX-300A’s form factor makes it ideal for a range of rack-mount combination configurations, including up to 3 units in a 1RU configuration, or up to 10 units in a 3RU configuration as demonstrated below.

MX4C
The MX4C is a compact and elegant ceiling speaker solution, featuring a high-fidelity 4-inch two-way system. The MX4C is comprised of a custom fabricated die cast aluminium woofer and uniquely designed titanium dome tweeter. The MX4C features 70/100V/16Ω operation along with HF attenuation, all conveniently accessible on the front baffle, beneath the included magnetic fast-fit grille.

Available as standard in white (RAL9003) and black (RAL9005), the MX4C’s housing is constructed of an ABS fire rated baffle and an aluminium back can, resulting in a highly efficient speaker system with excellent heat dissipation. With a sonic signature in line with the rest of the highly acclaimed MX series, the MX4C provides integrators with a clean, modern aesthetic, easy installation, and high-performance sound.
