Optoma, a designer and manufacturer of projection and sound solutions, has released the new 1080p ultra-short throw projector (EH320UST).

The EH320UST is perfect in environments that require high volumes of quality visual content to be displayed seamlessly. Ideal for use in a range of hospitality venues, the EH320UST can display sharp picture quality in cooking classes and live demonstrations, as well as project images from live sporting events onto commercial plasma screens.

Full HD images are brought to life by 4000 ANSI Lumens and 20,000:1 contrast ratio. Its 0.25:1 throw ratio enables up to 100 inches of visual content to be displayed from only 55 centimetres from the screen. Weighing 4.78 kilograms, the EH320UST is a compact and versatile solution that can be easily installed close to a screen, making it practical in areas with space limitations. The narrow gap between projector and screen reduces unwanted shadows cast on presenters, which can occur when a projector is mounted a significant distance from the screen.

Offering low ongoing maintenance, the EH320UST has a long lamp life of up to 6,500 hours and features dust-prevented technology for unblemished images. Focus switch allows users to shift the lens from left to right as required.

Amber Technology is also offering eligible consumers $100 cashback on the new EH320UST. Simply purchase from an authorised Australian Optoma dealer between 1 September and 31 December 2015. Eligible claims must be lodged by 31 January 2016. For more information or to apply for the promotion, visit http://info.ambertech.com.au/optoma-cashback-offer-2015.

The Optoma EH320UST sells for RRP $2,999.
