Integrate and Security Expos 2022 have officially come to an end, with this year’s shows achieving a reported ‘record attendance numbers’ of over 8500 industry professionals, the largest event for either brand to date.

“The co-location of Integrate and Security was certainly a huge success,” said Event Manager Soren Norgaard. “It’s clear the industry couldn’t wait to get together to gain insights into the technology of tomorrow and reconnect with all the people behind the brands,” he said.

Our conversations with exhibitors over the course of the show could be summed up as ‘exceeded expectations’. We canvassed some feedback which you can read below.

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: EPSON

First and foremost, given the disruptions of the past couple of years, it was great to just see the industry getting back together — familiar names and faces in the same space was a welcome shot of energy.

And given the uncertainty pre-show, the attendance was, pleasantly, beyond my expectations, especially from interstate and ‘across the ditch’. Epson really values its relationships, so the opportunity to reconnect with customers and channel partners was invaluable.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit the Epson stand and experience the very best in laser display projection technology, as well as hands down the best coffee at the show!

Nathan Fulcher, Marketing Communications Manager, Epson Australia

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: ULA

What an epic week we all just had at Integrate! It was a great opportunity for everyone in the AV industry to connect again on the exhibition grounds. The vibes were awesome — everyone was pumped up and ready to talk business. The feedback we received on our stand and the technology solutions we presented was really positive. We can see now more than ever that when our industry works together, we get some amazing results! Well done to the team at Diversify for deploying another great Integrate show.

Lenka Šatánková, Marketing Manager, ULA Group

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: TAG

As far as we could see, the opportunity to touch some technology, shake hands, drink coffee and talk about ‘stuff’ was way too compelling and it seemed like the whole AV industry descended on Integrate with great enthusiasm and sheer joy!

Maxwell Twartz, Director, TAG

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: MAXHUB

Integrate 22 was almost like a ‘coming out’ party for MAXHUB in ANZ.  It was the first opportunity for us to show the market what we are capable of, without being hindered by COVID restrictions. The connections we made with customers, reseller partners and other vendors are invaluable and the general buzz from the AV/UC community will serve as motivation for our team, for months to come.

Kellie Price, Country Manager ANZ, MAXHUB

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: MADISON AV

This was our best Integrate experience ever — floor traffic and engagement on the stand was significantly higher than we anticipated, and it was fantastic to see our team busy throughout the event. Obviously there was a great social aspect, with Integrate getting us all rubbing shoulders again with people we might not have seen in a while. But I was also really happy to see the types of conversations our team were having.

There were projects of real significance being discussed, as well as customers talking to us about opportunities of all size and scale they have underway. Our team was also demonstrating our new online portal, so it was reassuring that we could show customers just how much stock we are carrying in each state, and giving them access to this information, as well as other tools.

Ken Kyle, CEO, MadisonAV

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: BARCO

It was fantastic to be a part of Integrate this year to support our industry and a great timely opportunity as we celebrate Barco Australia’s 25th year in operation, 10 years of Clickshare, and showcase some of our latest technological innovations. After almost two years, the highlight was reconnecting with our partners and customers, meeting everyone in person and sharing thoughts with like-minded people both current and new. We look forward to being a part of Integrate next year.

Claudio Cardile, Managing Director, Barco Australia

EXHIBITOR FEEDBACK: WESTAN

An exciting turnout carried a real buzz on the first day of Integrate 2022 which stretched well into the second day of the show. The event could have gone the other way — quiet instead of busy, sluggish rather than energised. It was gratifying to see that the hours of work and planning paid off — the Westan team had conversations with and scanned in hundreds of leads, and found huge value in face-to-face discussions and product exposure. Day three slowed down dramatically after two packed days of reconnecting, and the crowd diminished to a fraction of its original bustle by midday. After a couple of years of tradeshow silence, the value of filling a building with industry people and physical product was, all in all, undeniable.

Kamillea Aghtan, Director Of Operations, Westan

Next year, Integrate and Security will be hosted at Sydney ICC once again, 30 August – 1 September 2023.
