About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Business Development Manager to Promote NEC’s Extensive Display Solutions Portfolio into Targeted Verticals, Global, National and local accounts, as well as industry influencers, key decision makers and Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute NEC’s channel sales strategy within a team environment to ensure performance and achievement of Display Solutions Sales Targets
- Reporting & Preparation of Sales forecasts, Territory and account plans (including CRM Management)
- Monitor and manage client relationships to ensure desired levels of customer satisfaction are being achieved
- Build and expand the customer base in the Commercial and Government market
- Focus on winning new business in the Display Solutions
- Attend Customer meetings and sales presentations to assist in the winning and closure of opportunities
- Work cohesively with other areas of the Display solutions team and the greater Whole of NEC Business, including, Sales, Product management, Pre-Sales, marketing and operations
- Attend and represent NEC at Trade shows and other events
- Develop, capture and maintain an extensive knowledge base and pipeline of all accounts
Key Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be a customer focused, Solution driven and commercially astute. This is a visible sales role requiring a strong level of Display Solutions experience and understanding.
You will also bring the following skills, qualifications and experience to the role:
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar Display Solution sales/BDM target achievement environment
- Strong Network within the Display Industry
- Strong knowledge of the ICT / Display industry and excellent understanding of the Sales Lifecycle
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed set revenue and sales targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across a variety of audiences
- The proven ability to work within a team environment
