Who we are and what we do  
Audinate leads the world in networked media with our “Dante” technology which is used extensively in professional audio & video applications, including live events, broadcast, entertainment venues and communications systems.
Dante harnesses the power of IT networking to make AV better, replacing the need for specialised point-to-point analogue and digital connections. With audio and video making up so much of our daily lives, we play an important role in every great audio-visual moment. The Dante technology embedded in popular AV products makes it possible for users to connect sound and vision like never before.
You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, major universities and even a 900-year-old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.
What you’ll be working on
In this role you will manage the design, development and delivery of leadership development and other learning and development initiatives to drive development of capability and performance across our growing organisation. You will lead the design and delivery of learning and development frameworks, strategies and tools, including management of our LMS, and the design and delivery of content as required.
You will partner with the Chief People Officer to manage our employee engagement survey program to measure progress, identify opportunities for improvement and build engagement within Audinate as we scale and grow.
You will also contribute to a variety of initiatives that build our employer brand, foster our diverse and inclusive values-led culture, ultimately enabling a great employee experience aligned with our EVP and values.
This is a 12 month contract and we are open to applicants who would prefer to work part time. 

What we’re looking for

    • Extensive organisational development experience, with specific experience in leadership development
    • A track record of successfully executing projects in a broad organisational context
    • Sound experience working with LMS’ is essential, while some content design experience would be an advantage
    • Experience working on employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience would be an advantage
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated through a variety of contexts
    • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands on execution.
