Our marketing engine delivers more qualified leads than we can currently nurture. We specialise in Ajax surveillance and perimeter protection for homes and small businesses and are expanding fast into commercial and enterprise projects.

Why this role exists

We need a high‑confidence closer who can own the lead‑to‑conversion journey. If you love turning warm enquiries into satisfied, referring clients and you thrive on commission only rewards, this is your stage.

What you’ll do

Lead nurture & qualification

  • Proactively engage with each new enquiry as soon as it is received.
  • Confirm customer requirements, budget, decision makers, and timeline
  • Self-manage and schedule on-site demonstrations to highly qualified leads.
  • Spot upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Ability to close sales by highlighting the unique value we offer, focusing on quality and long-term benefits.

Solution design & quoting

  • Drive our Ajax show ute and demo live systems
  • Issue same‑day quotes for straightforward jobs
  • Partner with our Sales Engineer on complex, multi‑site, or enterprise briefs—he builds the solution; you close the deal
  • Write detailed scopes of works to accompany every quote

Pipeline management

  • Complete daily follow‑ups with every lead and open opportunity
  • Keep CRM data pristine for accurate forecasting
  • Add clear, concise notes on every interaction

Revenue growth

  • Consistently hit monthly conversion targets (historic data provided)
  • Upsell to subscription service plans to build recurring revenue
  • Feed market insights back to marketing and executive management

Customer handover & retention

  • Brief the projects team once a deal is won
  • Attend post‑install check‑ins as needed
  • Follow up with every client after completion to drive testimonials and referrals

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated success in B2C or SMB solution selling (security/automation preferred)
  • Solid understanding of electronic security; Ajax knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Self‑motivation, resilience, and a confidence that drives results
  • Open QLD driver licence and willingness to travel regionally
  • Current QLD security adviser/installer licence, or the ability to secure one quickly
  • Client‑centric mindset: Client & solutions first, revenue second
  • Alignment with our team culture and ethics
  • Reliable, up‑to‑date mobile phone and laptop
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
