What we are looking for
- 8–10+ years’ senior experience in strategic account management or business development within AV or a related industry.
- A proven track record of building executive-level relationships that deliver real long-term value.
- Strong commercial acumen with success in negotiating complex, high-value agreements.
- Solid technical understanding of professional AV, with the ability to talk strategy with executives and detail with engineers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- CRM discipline and experience delivering clear account strategies.
- Bonus points if you bring AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certifications and established senior relationships across Tier 1 integrators and consultants.
