  • Be the voice of the customer inside MadisonAV, bringing insights, advocacy, and direction to our leadership team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional brilliance, working with sales, technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless, top-tier engagement.

What we are looking for

  • 8–10+ years’ senior experience in strategic account management or business development within AV or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of building executive-level relationships that deliver real long-term value.
  • Strong commercial acumen with success in negotiating complex, high-value agreements.
  • Solid technical understanding of professional AV, with the ability to talk strategy with executives and detail with engineers.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • CRM discipline and experience delivering clear account strategies.
  • Bonus points if you bring AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certifications and established senior relationships across Tier 1 integrators and consultants.
