Amped Digital (Perth) is seeking a National Project Manager.
Amped Digital is a leading force in the digital signage industry across Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in deploying advanced digital signage systems, including LED displays, audio networks, and digital menu boards.
We work with large national and international brands to execute complex technology rollouts that demand meticulous attention to detail and exceptional people management skills.
The Role:
You’ll champion and specialise in Digital Signage rollouts, playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of each project. You will be responsible for managing and building new and existing relationships with subcontractors across Australia and New Zealand.

Please note – you must have LED and LCD signage experience, working with Novastar controllers, and complex Digital Signage setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technology rollouts for digital signage systems, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
- Build and maintain a network of reliable subcontractors across all states and New Zealand.
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
- Solve problems and think critically to address project challenges and improve processes.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in all project activities.
- Review and dissect shop plans, fit-out plans, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Present weekly and monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience with technology rollouts, particularly in digital signage, audio visual, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and build strong subcontractor networks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for new technologies and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented, mission-focused, and adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with national and international project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
