Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in the Greater Sydney Area. As an Account Manager – NSW, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with AV integrators and resellers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales processes to meet individual and company goals. The role also involves liaising with internal teams, providing product expertise, and supporting clients’ needs. You will work closely with customers to understand those needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure Westan is delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales roles
  • Familiarity with audio visual technologies desirable or experience in technology sales, including retail
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities for managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
