
Technical Account Manager UC & UX

About the role
As a Technical Account Manager – UC & CX at Generation-e, you will be responsible for providing strategic account management for our Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) clients. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, but we encourage a flexible, hybrid working model that caters to both in-office and remote work preferences.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients.
- Be the customer’s voice inside Generation-e.
- Develop and execute on strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to help clients maximise their investments in UC and CX technologies.
- Through regular engagement, proactively identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- Represent Generation-e at client meetings, industry events and other forums.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on UC and/or CX technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level UC and CX solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within your client accounts.
- Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
