We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to develop and expand our Interactive Technology & Solutions Company across New South Wales. Our growing Sydney based operation requires a sales and organisational focused manager to support a stage of aggressive growth in this area of our business. This position requires a dynamic and strategic individual, a strong organiser and has the drive and experience to work across diverse business sectors and influence key decision-makers. The position will be to join part of an energetic and creative team and the successful applicant will add to this positive business culture.
Duties of the role include:
- Grow and assist in managing the NSW territory.
- Develop and monitor an existing customer base including delivering against government contracts.
- Pursue new business opportunities to significantly grow the business.
- Initiate, plan and implement sound sales strategies.
- Demonstrate our extensive range of products to customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers on product and service matters
To be successful in this role you will need to have and be able to demonstrate:
- Experience selling Audio Visual, Interactive Touchscreen and/or ICT solutions to diverse end-user groups
- Ability to manage different avenues to market, through resellers and different contract requirements
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge and understanding
- Solution-focused sales based on products suitable to different business
- New business and lead generation
- Ability to work in a small team and help grow that team
- Fantastic communication skills
