The Opportunity

Over the years, Crestron has built key, long term end user relationships with local and global enterprise customers. Enterprise includes any med-large business or government entity. We need to be constantly adding value to these relationships and securing depth in the relationships, so they are lasting beyond current key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with each partner to deepen and broaden the relationship. Reducing risk and increasing opportunities
  • Identifying new opportunities in Enterprise and Government markets
  • Encouraging marketing and training collaboration between the parties
  • Ensuring there is a healthy level of product adoption by users
  • Promoting new sales and marketing programs to the end user where applicable
  • Promoting new products and services to keep the customer informed for future project refreshes
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as RSM’s, TD’s and executives to ensure success
  • Collaborating with Crestron dealers to ensure a smooth project and ongoing relationship
  • Utilising Salesforce for all relationships and opportunities
