CANOHM is a long established and successful importer/wholesaler of consumer electronics, professional products and ergonomic furniture based in Melbourne. Our Furniture department is growing and we need your help!

About The Role

This is a part time role 25hrs per week that would perfectly within school hours or other responsibilities

Working with our Office Furniture sales team:

• Provide customer service by answering phone calls and email enquiries.
• Assist wholesale customers with product demos (training provided) or pickups from our showroom
• Liaise with and support our field sales team
• Sales order data entry
• Project Support: Liaise with multiple product suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Arrange and align delivery timelines to meet project schedules. Book and coordinate installers and freight carriers to ensure timely project completion.

Desirable qualities, skills, and experience 

• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to learn and develop skill set as well as motivation to maintain the success of our business.
