We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Samsung Product Specialist to join our Midwich team. As a Samsung Product Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding their AV commercial products inside and out, providing expert guidance to both internal teams and external customers, and driving product adoption and success.

Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
· Drive Samsung sales initiatives from concept to execution, using a deep understanding of Samsung products and features
· Primary point of contact for Samsung product/technical related inquiries, both internally and externally
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams – Product Management, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service
· Ensure accurate forecasting across both required inventory and sales out (pipeline)
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate internal teams and external customers
· Oversee and maintain the Samsung bid system, liaising between Samsung and internal teams.
· Support Sales team with customised solutions and proposals, product advice and recommendations
· Gather feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement
· Stay up-to-date on market & consumer trends, competitor products and technologies
· Provide monthly report to Samsung & Midwich management teams to facilitate improved product development and strategies
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years channel sales or product/LFD experience
· A thorough understanding of the key AV industry verticals including corporate and education
· Strong organisational and analytical skills
· Excellent communicator across both verbal and written
· Highly driven and motivated for team success
· A proven track record of building and developing customer relationships
· A strategic thinker with the ability to deliver focussed results in a fast-paced sales environment
· A natural affinity for AV technology with a keen eye for detail
