Pro Audio Sales Representative

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing sales across the Pro audio, live sound, and commercial AV sectors. You’ll work closely with integrators, rental companies, broadcasters, venues, production houses, to support them with the right solutions and gear.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused position where you’ll combine technical understanding with sales drive to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow accounts across the professional audio market
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations
- Manage sales pipelines and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and product launches
About You
· We’re looking for someone first and foremost who enjoys selling, and who also has
· Proven experience in sales,(minimum 2 years) ideally in pro audio, AV, technology, or a related industry – AV Hire
· A strong understanding of professional audio systems (live, studio, install, or broadcast)
· A proactive, self‑motivated approach – someone who takes initiative and follows through
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
· A full NZ driver’s licence
· Ability to travel domestically
