Our Melbourne headquarters is the hub for technical expertise, demonstration facilities and fast nationwide logistics.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Professional to drive growth in the thriving commercial AV market. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage and expand an existing book of integrator and consultant accounts while actively hunting new business in corporate, education, government, hospitality and worship sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key integrator and end-user accounts in Australia wide
  • Prospect and convert new opportunities through consultative selling  
  • Conduct product demonstrations (in-house, on-site or virtual) showcasing PAVT’s premium lines  
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and project teams to specify and win bids  
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and monthly reporting  
  • Represent PAVT at trade events, manufacturer trainings and client site visits  
  • Stay current on AV trends (AVoIP, immersive audio, UC integration, etc.)  
About You
  • 2–5+ years’ proven track record in commercial AV sales (systems integration, distribution or manufacturer environment)  
  • Strong technical understanding of pro audio, video, control and networking solutions  
  • Existing relationships with Victorian integrators, consultants and key end-users highly regarded  
  • Consultative selling style – you listen first and solve problems, not just push products  
  • Confident presenter comfortable leading demos and training sessions  
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards (and exceeding) targets  
  • Full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Victoria
