ATLONA AT INFOCOMM 2018
Matrix Switcher
Available immediately, the new Atlona AT-HDR-H2H-88MA matrix switcher provides high-performance switching of 4K/UHD signals including HDR formats in a space-efficient,1RU design. The new switcher will be showcased at InfoComm, where the company will continue its 15th anniversary celebration in booth C3576. An 8×8 sibling to Atlona’s AT-HDR-H2H-44M matrix switcher, the HDR-H2H-88MA builds on the proven performance, reliability and integrator-friendly features of the 4×4 model with significantly expanded input and output capacity for larger-scale applications. Support for all video resolutions, audio formats, and colour spaces in the HDMI 2.0b specification provides compatibility with state-of-the-art 4K/UHD and HDR sources and displays–as well as future HDR broadcast services –while HDCP 2.2 compliance enables switching of protected content.
Power Amplifiers
Atlona will showcase its new Gain series of compact, energy-efficient amplifiers at InfoComm. Integrating seamlessly into complete AV system designs and available immediately, the Gain 120 (AT-GAIN-120) and Gain 60 (AT-GAIN-60) offer outstanding versatility and an exceptional price/performance ratio for a variety of commercial and residential sound reinforcement applications. Each model supports both low-and high-impedance operation via an easily-accessible mode selector switch, simplifying ordering and inventory management for systems integrators and designers. The Gain 120 can deliver two channels of 60W each at 4Ω or 8Ω, or a single 120W mono channel at 70V or 100V. The Gain 60 can provide two 30W channels at 4Ω or 8Ω, or one 60W channel at 24V, 70V or 100V.
All-IP Meeting Space
Atlona’s All-IP Meeting Space breaks new ground as a concept because it helps organisations eliminate the legacy technology that has long translated to complex systems designs, lengthy installation periods, and high equipment and labor costs. The central message of the All-IP Meeting Space is that the network switch becomes the switcher, creating an enormous amount of freedom to deliver right-sized switching systems without the limitations of a fixed I/O matrix. Once deployed, Atlona’s All-IP Meeting Space solves the unique challenges of sharing content and AV resources, including digital signal processing and control, across multiple rooms. The system management element also grows easier, as every component on the network can be natively managed from any location. This benefit also removes the learning curve for IT administrators, as AV becomes just another element managed on the shared network.
Atlona Management System
AMS is an easy-to-use resource for AV integrators, AV/IT system administrators and technology managers to very quickly configure, monitor and service multiple Atlona products from a web browser. The second-generation AMS platform evolves this concept with a newly redesigned GUI that adopts the same user-friendly interaction and navigation elements from Atlona’s Velocity solution. As a result, AMS offers a worry-free installation and user experience through more efficient organisation of devices and systems by room, floor, building, site or campus.
4K/UHD Scaler
Atlona’s new AT-HDVS-SC-RXHDBaseT receiver and scaler is the first HDBaseT receiver to feature Atlona CrystalScale Technology (ACT) for premium-quality 4K scaling, picture optimisation and video wall processing. TheHDVS-SC-RX incorporates two-input auto-switching, supporting a local HDMI source as well as receiving video, audio, control and Ethernet over HDBaseT. The 4K/UHD HDVS-SC-RX also expands on the proven features of the industry-standard HDVSSeries, including audio de-embedding, automatic display control support, and the ability to power remote transmitters throughPower over Ethernet (PoE).
