Enhancements to Biamp DSP technologies effectively increased the performance and capabilities of Parlé microphones. These improvements are now reflected in Classroom Designer, the free online application from Biamp that lets designers determine the best products for high-performance classroom AV addressing the unique requirements in education.

Classroom Designer lets you easily lay out the floorplan of a classroom using your dimensions, from room size and ceiling height, to the number and location of desks and chairs. Next, add information about the room’s acoustics, as well as where the teacher and students are positioned. Once your room is laid out, Classroom Designer recommends the model, number and placement of Biamp microphones, loudspeakers and other equipment, graphically showing you exactly how the equipment works in your design to deliver the coverage and performance you want. Edit the recommendations and see how other options change the performance of classroom AV.

Tools inside Classroom Designer let you drill down into the details of your design, like a virtual tape measure to see distances between any two points in your design. Once you’re happy with the design, Classroom Room Designer will give you the complete equipment list to make ordering a snap.
