MERI TOOK RECIPIENT OF 2015 LIFETIME ACHIEVERS AWARD

Australian Event Awards announces Meri Took a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. Founder and Director of leading industry supplier Staging Rentals and Construction, Took will be recognised for his lifetime contribution to the Australian events industry. Meri started Sydney’s first crewing service and has toured the world as a lighting director and crew boss with some of the world’s best rock stars, before he identified a gap in the market for hiring event equipment and providing high quality construction services, founding his company in 1990. Meri continues to be a generous and long time supporter of the events industry.
Meri will be presented with the Award at the Australian Event Awards on 17 November at Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont, Sydney.
