SOUNDTUBE RS SPEAKERS RECEIVE EN54 CERTIFICATION

SoundTube’s RS42-EZ and RS62-EZ pendant speakers have received EN54-24:2008 certifications, as well as being UL listed in the US and Canada (1480 UEAY and 2239). The value-priced pendants are designed for a variety of applications including retail, hospitality, houses of worship and education. Both models feature SoundTube’s BroadBeam Ring technology for wide, smooth dispersion of high frequencies. The RS42-EZ incorporates a four-inch coaxial driver and a 0.75-inch silk dome tweeter with BroadBeam Ring. The larger RS62-EZ has a 6.5-inch coaxial driver and a one-inch tweeter. Both have a ceramic input terminal strip, built-in thermal fuse, hanging and safety cables, transformer with tap switch, and cover plate with a weather-resistant rubber plug. The speaker may be mounted via a hanging cable or direct conduit.
A third product in the series, the HP82-EZ eight-inch high-power pendant with compression driver, received EN54 certification in 2014.
