iMAGSYSTEMS STORMS INTO EUROPE & CHINA
Hard on the heels of its success at ISE 2017, Australian innovator iMAGsystems is proud to announce new partnerships with leading distributors Heuff in the Netherlands for the Benelux region, and Advanced Communication Equipment International (ACE) in Hong Kong and China, effective immediately.
The major distribution deals will see Heuff and ACE provide sales and support for iMAGsystems’ high performance video-over-IP products including its flagship Lightning, which delivers uncompressed 4K video with multiview functionality and zero latency over 10GbE networks and was awarded “Best New Video over IP Product” at ISE 2017, and Thunder, which leverages standard 1Gb networking technology to deliver the best possible low latency JPEG2000 video compression.
“We’re delighted to announce these partnerships with distributors of such a high calibre, and we’re looking forward to developing new opportunities in Europe and Asia with them,” says Gerry Raffaut, CEO of iMAGsystems. “It’s testament to the industry’s commitment to a migration to uncompromised AV-over-IP, and we’re seeing growing interest from many sectors worldwide – commercial, hospitality, corporate, education, and healthcare.”
Heuff commercial director, Edwin in’ t Veld, was quick to recognise the potential of the iMAGsystems range: “These products are exactly what our dealers are looking for,” he says. “Lightning and Thunder are best in class products that will allow them to take full advantage of the convergence of AV and IT.”
ACE director of development and planning strategy, Fong Wan Shing, agrees: “We are very pleased to announce this partnership,” he says. “We are seeing a significant trend towards the delivery of video-over-IP networks in our regions and iMAGsystems is a clear leader in the field.”
